Important information for your stay
Arrival
Despite our best efforts, there may be situations that require our attention. To maintain our standards and address any issues promptly, we kindly ask you to report malfunctions, technical issues and/or cleaning complaints to reception as soon as possible.
Waste
Please dispose of household waste in the green container at the waste disposal area. Glass can be disposed of in the glass recycling container.
Malfunctions and disturbances
If you experience any disturbance from other guests, please report this to reception. If reception is closed and the situation is serious, you can call the emergency number.
Pets
At EuroParcs Texel, we warmly welcome families. A family often includes a loyal four-legged friend, and dogs are certainly welcome at our park too. Special dog waste bags are available in the park for cleaning up after your dog. This way, we can keep the park clean and pleasant for everyone!
You can enjoy beautiful walks on the island with your dog. Please always be considerate of other guests and your surroundings. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in the park.

The nearest supermarkets are Jumbo and Lidl in De Koog. There is also a Plus supermarket in De Cocksdorp.

A Texel e-vignette allows you to park without restriction on Texel.
The Texel e-vignette is valid for 365 days from the moment you buy it and costs €30.
You can also buy a week pass (€20) or day pass (€10).

Checking in at EuroParcs Texel
At EuroParcs Texel, you are very welcome to enjoy a relaxing stay on the beautiful Wadden Island. During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.
Arriving outside reception opening hours? You can use a key safe. We kindly ask you to inform the reception of your expected arrival time in advance, so that your arrival can go as smoothly as possible.
If applicable, you will receive the necessary information in advance on how to use it.
We recommend checking your accommodation and the available inventory immediately after arrival to make sure everything is complete and there is no damage. If anything is not in order regarding the inventory, cleanliness or the accommodation itself, please report this to reception within 2 hours of arrival.
If any damage occurs or something stops working during your stay, please let reception know as soon as possible. This allows us to help you quickly and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

- Remove the bed linen from the beds and place it inside a pillowcase.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
If you are unable to check out at reception, we kindly ask you to place the key in the letterbox of the key safe. When leaving the park through the barrier, you will find it on the right-hand side at the central car park.
Together, we can ensure that the accommodation is clean and well cared for and ready for the next guests.

Public transport on Texel
From EuroParcs Texel, you can easily reach various places on the island by public transport. Whether you want to travel to De Koog, Den Burg or another destination on Texel, there are several options available.
Travelling by bus on Texel
Regular bus services allow you to travel from the ferry terminal to places such as Den Burg and De Koog. The bus services are coordinated with the TESO ferry timetable.
Would you like to travel to other places or stops on the island? Then you can use the Texelhopper. These small buses do not follow a fixed route and take you to your desired stop. There are around 200 recognisable and virtual stops across Texel.
Booking the Texelhopper
You can book the Texelhopper at least 30 minutes in advance via the Texelhopper app or by calling 0222-784000. When booking, you will see which pick-up point is closest to you. Please also provide your destination when making your reservation.

- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

The area with the chalets at EuroParcs Texel is car-free. We ask you to park in the general car park. To unload your luggage, you can use our luggage trolleys. Our newest area, with the Dune Villas, can be reached by car and you can park your car at the accommodation.

No, EuroParcs Texel is a fireworks-free park. Setting off fireworks in the park is not permitted.

All homes at holiday park EuroParcs Texel have a Nespresso machine. If you wish, you can ask at the reception for a filter coffee machine.

Barbecuing is permitted provided it is an electric model on legs; unfortunately, other types of barbecuing are not allowed, with the exception of the Dune Villas, which are equipped with a Kamado barbecue. You can rent a barbecue and order a meat package through the butcher in De Koog. For more information, please contact our reception desk at the vacation park.

The TX Sandwiches website allows you to order bread rolls, which will then be delivered to your holiday home. The sandwiches can be ordered until 24:00 for the next day. The bread rolls are delivered at 07:00 in the morning.
